Through its continuous growth, Ingeniatrics has hired Jeronimo Escudero Gonzalez, graduated in Pharmacy by the University of Seville, as Junior Researcher within the R&D department reporting directly to Maria Flores, Ingeniatrics' CSO.

During his academic studies he realized research in the field of synthesized cellulosic polymers controlled release. Several of his articles have been published by international research journals such as International Journal of Pharmaceutics and European Journal of Pharmaceutics and Biopharmaceutics.

Deeply knowledgeable on R&D services for Cosmetic industry, this 31 year-old professional from Seville accepts the challenge to improve microencapsulation state-of-art solutions for Biotech and for Consumer Goods.

After 6 months of systematic preparation, Ingeniatrics Tecnologias finished their international action plan in order to strengthen and expand their unique market position as manufacturers in microencapsulation services.

Strategic decisions have been taken regarding Market intelligence, target groups, budget preparation and approval, Marketing Mix, Communication plan, Corporate Design modifications and Trade show selection, amongst others. Ingeniatrics Technologias decided how to introduce their technology services and products in several markets.

In respect of geographical standpoints their core clients will be situated in central Europe and United States in short-medium term and the same plus Japan in medium-long term. Ingeniatrics Tecnologias has taken a further step in its internationalization process by hiring Miriam Goldberg. With it, the company intends to develop new markets and reach potential customers thanks her sector expertise.

In her new function, the 33 year-old woman from Hamburg, Germany will develop and implement the global sales strategy and will report to the CEO, Joaquín Gomez Moya. Mrs. Goldberg came to Seville in 2004, just after her B.S. in Nutrition sciences and Marketing for food industry in Christian Albrecht’s University Kiel, Germany and started her ambitious career project in Spain.

The Spanish governmental department for gender equality recently sponsored her, besides another 49 woman, a professional development program for female prospective executive managers. She contentiously attends masters and training courses in professional and personal development.

Miriam combines solid marketing and business development experience, gained over the last 3 years in international B2B channel for the Flavors & Fragrance industry. This experience includes her position as international key account manager and Public Relation experiences.
