Ingeniatrics has an R & D department which is highly-qualified and experienced in different areas. The combination of this work team with the use of a versatile set of technologies means we can undertake complex projects in very diverse areas.
Our experience in encapsulation process development based on our technologies includes:
- Methodology to produce aerosols and emulsions.
- Combination with the solidification process most suitable to the nature of the components: ionic gelation, solvent evaporation by heat, extraction/ evaporation of the solvent, solidification by cooling, etc.
- Experience in polymers of different types and combinations: natural and synthetic polysaccharides (alginate, chitosan, cellulose, rubber), esters (PLGA), acrylic derivatives (Eudragit, etc.), lipids, etc.
- Encapsulation of very varied raw materials: inorganic compounds (magnetic nanoparticles), organic compounds of different types including small molecules, peptides, proteins, microorganisms, human cells, suspended solid compounds, etc.
- Development of stable formulations incorporating additional additives (colorants, stabilizers, absorption promoters, etc.).
