• FB generates extremely fine droplets in the micro- and nano- scale with remarkably low energy requirements. It is hence ideal for those applications where droplet size reduction and energy saving are the key priorities.

• Compatible with any liquid and gas.

• Droplet sizes from less than a micron to several hundreds of microns. This size is easily adjustable through the control of external functional parameters.

• Broad range of liquid flow rates. It can vary up to two orders of magnitude in a single nebulizer.

• High mixture of phases, gas and liquid, with an internal recirculation zone. Suitable for applications requiring full mixing of both phases in order to increase the contact surface, to match the temperatures, etc. (i.e. fuel injection)

• A FB nebulizer has no moving parts, which ensures a robust and reliable performance.

• High spray angle and low coalescence of droplets.
